Buffalo Wings and Sauce

Wilson Wing night is usually every Saturday night! It is such a fun tradition and an easy meal to prepare! Hope you enjoy!

Buffalo Wings

1 c Flour
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
20 Wings, thawed if frozen

1. Combine ingredient and coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 hour.


2. Deep fry chicken in 375 degree oil for 13-15 minutes.


3. Drain; toss wings with sauce.



Buffalo Sauce

3/4 c hot pepper sauce
1 stick of butter, melted
2 tsp honey (optional)

Whisk together hot pepper sauce, butter and honey in a bowl that has a lid. Add wings to bowl, cover with lid and shake until evenly coated. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
